4. Access the BNG Loyalty Program link : If you are already a customer in-store and at www.bonage.com , find the BNG Loyalty Program menu link on the website and complete the registration step by verifying your username with a code that will be sent to your email address. This is where you can check your status and accumulated points.
5. Complete your personal details: Make sure to provide your full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth to create your user account in the loyalty program.
6. IMPORTANT NOTE: When assigning your password for the loyalty program system, please keep in mind that it must be the same password used to access www.sv.bonage.com and this password must not contain any special characters.

Becoming a Silver customer is easy: simply make a purchase and register by providing or completing your information in our physical stores or on our website. As a Silver member, you will have access to:

• Point accumulation: $10.00 = 1 point
• Redemption of your accumulated points, for every 30 points = $30.00 (Points exchange for merchandise).
• Points are earned based on the purchase subtotal, so the amount to accumulate does not include ITBMS (Panamanian sales tax).
• Point accumulation begins upon acceptance of registration in the loyalty system.
• The points expire one year from the date of purchase, so you must redeem them before they expire.
• Birthday coupon: 15% discount during your birthday week.
• For those of you who love denim, buy 10 jeans and get 1 free pair.
• Additionally, you will be one of our clients with access to special events and discounts.
  

To become a Gold customer, you must be registered in the BONAGE LOYALTY program or already be a Silver customer. Your status will change to Gold upon accumulating $500.00 in purchases within one (1) year, which can be purchases made in physical stores and online.

To accumulate $500.00 in purchases, the accumulated amount account starts from your registration.

By meeting this requirement you will be able to obtain all the benefits of the Silver level, with the following extras:

• Accumulation of points: $10.00 = 1.33 points.
• Redemption of your accumulated points, for every 30 points = $40.00 (Exchange points for merchandise).
• Points are earned based on the purchase subtotal, so the amount to accumulate does not include ITBMS (Panamanian sales tax).
• Point accumulation begins upon acceptance of registration in the loyalty system.
• The points expire one year from the date of purchase, so you must redeem them before they expire.
• Birthday coupon: 20% off during your birthday week.
• For those of you who love denim, buy 10 jeans and get 1 free pair.
• Additionally, you will be one of our clients with access to special events and discounts.
• Enjoy a full year of exclusive benefits as a Gold member.
• Accumulate your purchases and extend your Gold Status: If you accumulate another $500.00 in purchases within that year, your Gold Status will be extended for another year, counting from the first time you achieved that status. This means you'll have an additional year to enjoy the benefits of Gold Status.
• When will you see the Gold Status extension reflected?: Once your first year of this Status expires, the system will automatically assign the new expiration date as established in the previous point. You will see your Gold Status extension reflected at that time.

• Those who cannot register: people with a false identity, minors, people without an issued document.
• BONAGE LOYALTY program points have a staggered expiration date, meaning they expire gradually one year after the purchase in which you accumulated the points.
• Each point will be generated independently upon purchase and will expire one year after generation, without affecting other points the customer has accumulated on subsequent purchases. It is important to be aware of this policy to take full advantage of the program's benefits.
• To check your points balance, you can access our BONAGE LOYALTY PROGRAM system in the menu at www.bonage.com , using your username and password to see all the details of your balance.
• Points cannot be used or redeemed for discounted or promotional items; they only apply to regularly priced items.
• The points redemption and birthday discount applies to regularly priced merchandise and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• The birthday discount redemption will be valid for a single purchase in physical store or web store, you can choose one of the two options to access your discount coupon.
• You can enjoy your birthday discount from 3 days before to 3 days after your birthday.
• The free pair of jeans is awarded after purchasing 10 pairs. The free pair can be any style available in our collections. This offer does not apply to jeans purchased as part of a discounted sale.
• Special events and discounts will be announced in advance by invitation.
• If you wish to change the email address you are registered with in our system, you must visit one of our physical stores where our staff will be able to help you with your request.
