ONLINE SHOPPING
Making a purchase is very simple, just follow these steps:
1. At the top of the page you have the different categories available. Enter the one you prefer, click on the product, choose the size and color and press add to cart.
2. Once your shopping cart is ready with the products you want, choose between shipping or in-store pickup (on the right side of the screen if you're using a PC or laptop, or at the bottom of the page). If you choose in-store pickup, please select the branch where you'd like to pick up your order.
3. Once this process is completed, proceed to click on the order completion button to go to the payment page.
4. Complete the required information with your personal details and detailed address (if applicable, home delivery), choose your payment method, complete the transaction, and finalize your purchase. For questions or comments, please write to servicio.cliente@bonage.com . We will then send you emails with updates regarding your purchase.

If you wish to make any changes to your order, you can contact us by sending an email to servicio.cliente@bonage.com and our Customer Service team will process your request. Please note that changes cannot be made if the product has already been shipped.
Yes, it's possible, as long as the order hasn't been invoiced or shipped, and the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of payment approval.
To request order cancellation, please send an email to servicio.cliente@bonage.com , with the instructions and reason for the cancellation request. Through this means, you will be asked for the information necessary for the payment refund, which will be processed to an account indicated by the customer within 8 to 15 business days.
On the order checkout screen, look for the field labeled "Discount Code," "Gift Card," or "Coupon." In the blank field, enter your discount code and click "Apply."
Verify the discount: Make sure the discount has been correctly applied to your total purchase. You will see the discount amount reflected in the order summary.

If you find that your order is incomplete or incorrect, you can email us at customer.service@bonage.com . Please provide specific details, such as your order number, the missing or incorrect products, and any other relevant information. Our team will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The agreed delivery promise begins from the invoice and preparation of the order, which will be notified via email.
Please note that delivery times are calculated in business days, Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered business days. Therefore, purchases made on those days will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be processed on the following business day.
Yes, you can pick up your order at our stores, during business hours from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. When placing your order, you must choose the store where you wish to pick it up from the checkout cart.
Once you have confirmed your order, you will need to wait approximately 2 to 7 business days to receive confirmation that your order is ready for pickup. Delivery times will depend on the pickup location you select.

Go to the My Account section and click on “Create account” and fill in your personal information. You will then receive an email to confirm your account.
If you have forgotten your password, you can change it from the "My Account" section by clicking the " Forgot your password? " button here. For security reasons, you will be asked to confirm via an email that will be sent. To confirm the reset, follow the simple steps to create a new password. GIFT CERTIFICATES
Yes, you can purchase gift certificates at Bonage.com. These certificates are valid only for use in our online store. Once payment is processed, they will be sent to the email address provided during the checkout process.
Please note that gift certificates purchased in physical stores are valid only in our physical stores. You can only use them online if the person who gave you the certificate purchased it from Bonage.com.
