By using the Site, Users agree that the delivery of merchandise purchased through the Website will be subject to this delivery policy:

1. GENERAL TERMS

Delivery Company: The User accepts that BONAGE contracts the services of logistics agents to deliver the merchandise, therefore, the User accepts that BONAGE provides the necessary personal information to the companies it deems necessary to make the delivery.

• Coverage limitation :

• Deliveries are only made within the Republic of Panama, and we reserve the right not to deliver to areas within the country, according to the availability of the courier service.
• The company reserves the right to decline delivery to remote and/or difficult-to-access locations. In such cases, the user will be contacted to arrange delivery to an alternative address. We ask that the user consider these factors when entering their address to avoid delays.

• Times :

• The delivery time starts counting from the moment the payment is verified, always taking into account that the operations begin to be validated the business day following the day of the purchase.
• The User accepts that estimated delivery times may vary depending on the specific conditions of each delivery. In case of delays, the User will be notified.
• The maximum waiting time for the courier to deliver the purchase at the designated point is 10 minutes. After this time, the courier will leave and the delivery will be coordinated again, with an additional fee of B/.3.99.

• Correct contact information :

• It is very important that the User verifies that all contact and delivery information is correct; if the address is incorrect, the package will be returned to the store and a new delivery fee will be charged. If a change of address is requested after a delivery attempt has been made, the service will be charged as if it were a new delivery.
• The couriers are contacting users by phone during their route, either to verify the address, request additional information, or to inform them of the delivery time.
• If you request a change of address after a second delivery attempt has been made, the service will be charged as a new delivery.

• Non-Reception: If, after confirming the address to the courier, the User cannot receive it for any reason, the User will be contacted to reschedule the delivery and a surcharge of B/.3.99 will be applied , which must be paid by the User.
• If the phone number is incorrect or the user does not answer, the package will not be delivered on the expected day. In these cases, an additional B/.1.50 will be charged for the second delivery attempt.

• Communications: The User will receive information about the route of their order via email servicio.cliente@bonage.com.

2. DELIVERY MODALITIES AND AREAS.

DELIVERIES TO PANAMA PROVINCE (PANAMA AND SAN MIGUELITO DISTRICTS)

Deliveries in the Province of Panama will be made according to the following methods:

A.1. FREE DELIVERY – PANAMA AND SAN MIGUELITO DISTRICTS (1-2 BUSINESS DAYS)

CONDITION: Only for purchases of B/. 100.00 or more

COST : Free

TIME : 1-2 business days after purchase verification.

A.2. STANDARD DELIVERY - ASAP Your Messaging App: Standard rate of $4.99 - PANAMA AND SAN MIGUELITO DISTRICTS

• Base Rate (Point A to B) up to 9 km: $4.99 + ITBM
• Coverage : 9 km radius from the BONAGE distribution center, reaching areas up to North to Torrijos Carter, East to Tocumen Airport and West to City of Knowledge.
• TIME: 1 to 2 business days after purchase verification.
• For cases where the delivery address is outside the 9 km radius, BONAGE will contact the customer via email or WhatsApp to notify them of the additional payment according to the distance, which must be paid by the customer to complete the delivery.
• Delivery rate outside the radius, from 9.1 km onwards: Base rate $4.99 + $0.50 for each additional km as long as the location is within the ASAP courier's access radius limit, since restrictions apply to very remote areas outside the metropolitan area.

A.3 FLASH DELIVERY - PANAMA AND SAN MIGUELITO DISTRICTS (1 BUSINESS DAY)

• COST: B/. 5.99
• TIME: 1 business day after purchase verification
• Flash Shipping (Not valid on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays).
• Valid only in the Metropolitan Area of ​​Panama, restrictions apply.
• When placing your Flash Delivery Order request, the customer must contact us via message at 6275-3238. This method applies only to payments made via Visa, Yappy, or ACH from Banco General.

A.4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERIES IN THE PROVINCE OF PANAMA

• Coverage is exclusively for the districts of Panama and San Miguelito, Panama Province.
• Currently, deliveries cannot be made to the districts of Chepo, Chimán, Balboa, and Taboga. If an order is placed for delivery to these districts, BONAGE reserves the right to cancel it.

DELIVERIES TO THE REST OF THE COUNTRY

Deliveries outside the Province of Panama will be made according to the following procedures: 

B.1 FREE DELIVERY - TO THE REST OF THE COUNTRY (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS)

CONDITION: Only for purchases of B/. 100.00 or more

COST : Free

TIME : 5-7 business days after purchase verification.

B.2 STANDARD DELIVERY - TO THE REST OF THE COUNTRY (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS)

COST: B/.7.99

TIME: 5-7 business days after purchase confirmation

B.3 EXPRESS DELIVERY - TO THE REST OF THE COUNTRY (3-4 BUSINESS DAYS)

COST: B/. 9.99

TIME: 3 to 4 business days after purchase verification.

 

B.4 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERIES IN THE REST OF THE COUNTRY

• Coverage to the rest of the country includes the provinces of Panama West, Bocas del Toro, Chiriquí, Coclé, Colón, Herrera, Los Santos and Veraguas.
• Currently, deliveries cannot be made to the provinces of Darién, Emberá-Wounaan, Guna Yala, and Ngäbe-Buglé. If an order is placed for delivery to these provinces, BONAGE reserves the right to cancel it.
• Below are some of the areas covered in the provinces of Panama West, Bocas del Toro, Chiriquí, Coclé, Colón, Herrera, Los Santos and Veraguas (without prejudice to other areas that do have coverage but are not included):

• West Panama: Arraiján, Chorrera, Cocolí, Nuevo Arraiján, Panama Pacifico, Vacamonte and Capira.
• Chiriquí : Chiriquí David Airport, Boquerón, Calle C Sur, Chiriquí David Centro, Chiriquí Mall, Coquito, Dolega, El Estadio, Ivu Primavera, La Feria, La Terminal, La Universidad David, Las Lomas, Los Algarrobos, Pedregal, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Terronal, Boquete, Bugaba, Cerro Punta, Potrerillo, Volcán, Chiriquí Grande, Frontera, Paso Canoas, Puerto Armuelles and Tolé.
• Coclé : Aguadulce, Penonomé, Nata, Antón and Rio Antón.
• Columbus : City of Columbus.
• Bocas Del Toro: Bocas del Toro (Capital)

• The estimated time to pick up the order will depend on the selected branch, from 2 to 4 business days after payment is verified.

• Orders can be picked up from Monday to Sunday.
• The customer must show their confirmation email to the store representative and their ID to confirm their information.
• In cases where the customer cannot personally pick up the order, the person who goes to the branch for their order must present the confirmation email to the store representative and a copy or photo of the customer's identification in whose name the order is, to confirm their information.
