By using the Site, Users agree that the delivery of merchandise purchased through the Website will be subject to this SHIPPING AND DELIVERY policy:

1. GENERAL TERMS

Delivery company:

BONAGE contracts logistics services to deliver the merchandise. Therefore, the User agrees that BONAGE may share the necessary data with these companies for delivery management.

Coverage limitation:

• Deliveries are only made within the Republic of Panama.
  

• BONAGE reserves the right to refuse deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access areas. In these cases, a new delivery point will be arranged with the User.
  
  

Delivery times:

• They start counting once the payment is verified (the count starts on the next business day).
  
  

• Delivery times may vary depending on location. In case of delay, the User will be notified.
  
  

• The courier will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the delivery point. If the delivery is not completed, it will be rescheduled at an additional cost of B/.3.99.
  
  

Correct delivery details:

• The User must verify that the information is correct.

• If you request a change of address after a second delivery attempt has been made, the service will be charged as a new delivery.

• Incorrect directions or changes after the first attempt will incur additional costs.
  

• Messengers may contact the User during the route to confirm delivery.
  
  

Non-reception:

• If the User confirms the address and it is not available, the delivery will be rescheduled with a surcharge of B/.3.99.
  

• If contact cannot be made by phone, the second attempt will have a surcharge of B/.1.50.
  
  

Communications:

• The User will receive order status information via email from: servicio.cliente@bonage.com
  
  

2. DELIVERY MODALITIES AND AREAS

DELIVERIES IN PANAMA PROVINCE (PANAMA AND SAN MIGUELITO DISTRICTS)

A.1 FREE DELIVERY

• Condition: Purchases from B/.100.00
  

• Cost: Free
  

• Time: 1–2 business days, after purchase verification
  
  

A.2 STANDARD DELIVERY - ASAP (Messaging App)

• Base fare: B/.4.99 + ITBMS (up to 9 km)
  

• Time: 1–2 business days, after purchase verification
  

• Outside the radius: B/.4.99 + B/.0.50 per additional km
  

• Limited coverage according to the metropolitan area of ​​Panama, radius of 9 km from the BONAGE distribution center, areas of reach up to North to Torrijos Carter, East to Costa del Este / Santa María and West to City of Knowledge.

• For cases where the delivery address is outside the 9 km radius, BONAGE will contact the customer via email or WhatsApp to notify them of the additional payment according to the distance, which must be paid by the customer to complete the delivery.

• Delivery rate outside the radius, from 9.1 km onwards: Base rate $4.99 + $0.50 for each additional km as long as the location is within the ASAP courier's access radius limit, since restrictions apply to very remote areas outside the metropolitan area.
  

A.3 FLASH DELIVERY

• Cost: B/.5.99
  

• Time: 1 business day.
  Not available on weekends or holidays
  Only in metropolitan area
  

• The customer must text 6275-3238 after payment (Visa, Yappy or ACH at Banco General)
  
  

A.4 SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• Deliveries only to townships included in the districts of Panama and San Miguelito
  

• Some districts are excluded due to location or difficulty of access.

• Currently, deliveries cannot be made to the districts of Chepo, Chimán, Balboa, and Taboga. If an order is placed for delivery to these districts, BONAGE reserves the right to cancel it.

• Currently, deliveries cannot be made to the provinces of Darién, Emberá-Wounaan, Guna Yala, and Ngäbe-Buglé. If an order is placed for delivery to these provinces, BONAGE reserves the right to cancel it.

• Please present your confirmation email and ID card.
  

• If someone else is picking up the item: they must present the confirmation email + a copy/photo of the account holder's ID.
