Products Not Eligible for Exchange: Exchanges are not accepted for products in the “SALE” section, i.e., discounted merchandise, accessories, white garments and washed garments cannot be exchanged, unless a factory defect is proven.

Requirements: A purchase invoice must be presented and the product must be in perfect condition, with its respective labels.

Timeframe: Changes can be made within 30 consecutive days after the purchase date.

Conditions: The product must be in perfect condition, without signs of use, with all its original labels and in its original packaging.

For exchanges and returns, shipping and handling fees may apply, according to our Delivery Policy. If your first purchase qualified for free shipping, exchanges will incur a $4.99 delivery fee.
